TERMS OF SERVICE

TIMELINE
⁃ The process I will be following is going to be a queue list. This means It will be in the order of clients that have reached out & made a payment first, ending with the most recent client’s commission received. No payment = no spot.
⁃ Time of art commission completion will be between a 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on college and the style's complexity. However, please mind that your turn in the queue isn’t a factor in this.
⁃ Please do not rush me if my estimated time is not nearing its end yet, and kindly do not expect me to finish the day after you have ordered a commission.
⁃ Short deadlines will have to be negotiated prior to anything. A fee may be included depending on the date and how long the art-style chosen often takes.
⁃ If an unforeseen event occurred that could delay or prevent completion of your art piece, you’ll be contacted and informed about it as soon as I find ability to do.
⁃ The finished artwork will be sent via email through a google drive link.COMMISSION REQUEST
⁃ Please provide visual references of any original characters, environments or backgrounds. I will not work off text heavy descriptions alone unless you are paying specifically for design work, which I may or may not be offering at the current opening.
⁃ Please describe how you want your artwork to be. The posing, expressions, outfit, lighting and how the overall look looks in your mind. Sending visual references will help me understand what you want more clearly, which will be alongside text descriptions and directions.
⁃ If you’re unable to find a reference photo, Do not be shy to also send stick-man figures or a simple doodle to help us work towards your intended goal.
⁃ Note that the artist retains the right to refuse a commission request.PAYMENT
⁃ Payment will be through Ko-Fi and CashApp. If you have any difficulties about paying for your commission, please talk to me directly and I'll try my best to save a slot until you are ready.
⁃Paying upfront is required.
⁃ No commission will be started until they are paid for.
⁃ Base prices are subject to change based on complexity of request, this will be negotiated with the client.
⁃ I DO NOT accept refunds or cancellations, once the commission has gone past the sketching/revision phase you have agreed that you are happy with it and the work is to be finished.
